Oakdale Senior Alliance is Hiring a Business Office Manager Near Mesquite, TX

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Business Office Manager to join our team at a reputable Skilled Nursing Facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the overall financial operations of the facility, including billing, collections, accounts payable, and payroll.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the daily financial operations of the facility

- Ensure accurate and timely billing, collections, and accounts payable

- Manage employee payroll and maintain accurate records

- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures

- Perform financial analysis and reporting as needed

- Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred

- 3 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a healthcare setting

- Strong knowledge of healthcare billing and reimbursement processes

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
